Golden Hands Massage Therapy is dedicated to serving the health and well being of people through professional caring touch. I am a licensed massage therapist, bodyworker, and facilitator with 24 years of experience, and a graduate of the Massage Institute
of New England. My professional affiliations include the International Massage Association, and also the International Listening Association, as I believe that listening well is a key component of healing and providing excellence to my clients.

Simply put, I love giving massages and facilitating healing sessions and I am profoundly grateful for this ability. It is a joyful, creative and honest expression of who I am. I am passionate about and inspired by the effects of massage and touch to help people to relax and to heal. I have seen this demonstrated quietly and also profoundly time and again during my years in practice. My clients and workshop participants have included people of all ages, backgrounds, professions, and from all walks and all stages of life: stressed working professionals, athletes, teachers, students, doctors and other health care workers, lawyers, physical therapists, families and their pets, actors, dancers, entertainers, the
terminally ill, and the newly born.

In addition to my work in private practice and on-site (chair) massage, I have also had professional affiliations with a chiropractor's office, several of Boston's finest hotels (The Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, The Marriott Courtyard Copley, and Fairmont Copley Plaza), fitness centers, The Massachusetts Sports Massage Team and New England Triathlon Series events, The Boston Marathon Sports Massage Team, The Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit (N.I.C.U.) at Brigham & Women's Hospital, The Hospice at Mission Hill, and The Boston Living Center.

The techniques I use in my work include Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Energy Massage. I also incorporate stretches and body awarenesses that I learn from my ongoing practice of Yoga. I combine these with my own natural intuition, and strong tactile sense that helps me to hone in on the places people hold stress and tension in their bodies. In this way, each session is unique and hand-tailored to your individual needs. You can learn more about the techniques I include by visiting the techniques page. You can learn more about the benefits and effects of my sessions and clients’ responses by clicking on the testimonials page.
