I am a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker providing massage, healing touch, and massage instruction in the Boston area for 27 years. Facilitating people in their healing and helping people to get in touch with the very best inside themselves is my life's passion. Many clients tell me that I am the best massage therapist they have ever been to, and I am grateful for that feedback!
Through my years of experience, I have perfected a healing system that uses three primary tools that get profound replicated results with my clients:
ENERGY: channeling energy through the touch.
BREATH: using breathwork and simple breathing techniques to help identify, track and release tension being held in the body and the mind.
TOUCH: using massage, touch therapies, and stretching to help open and relax places that have been tight.
I began giving massages in 1984, graduated from the Massage Institute of New England in 1986, the Integrated Touch Therapy program in 2003, and draw from my training and experience with Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage. In addition, I am a yoga student and teacher trainee, and also trained in energy healing by a well-respected healer with whom I have mentored for over 25 years. I was born with a natural intuitive ability and strong tactile sense that allows me to hone in on the areas people hold their deeper stress and tensions and to facilitate clients in relaxing and letting go.
